Hannah Hyden is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She completed her Master of Social Work degree at Texas Woman’s University in conjunction with the University of North Texas.

Hannah provides compassionate support to adults and adolescents impacted by anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. She utilizes an integrative approach, blending elements of multiple trauma-informed modalities (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, parts work, and somatic work) to meet each client’s individual needs.

Hannah has a passion for supporting women on their journeys of healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and unhealthy relationships. She enjoys helping women rediscover their worth, create healthy boundaries, prioritize self-care, and feel empowered in their relationships and daily lives.

Hannah’s goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, breathe, and show up as yourself. She seeks to create a neurodivergent-friendly environment, is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and considers the impact of environment and systematic oppression on clients’ lives.

When she’s not in-session, Hannah enjoys singing, watching movies, spending time in nature, and connecting with her loved ones.
