Phu is a mental health professional who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2021 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024 from the University of North Texas at Dallas. Her clinical training at the University of Dallas Counseling Center provided her with a strong understanding of human behavior and various therapeutic modalities. She utilizes an integrative, holistic, and tailored approach to help clients manage depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts, viewing counseling as a proactive path toward healing and growth.

Driven by a desire to support others, Phu creates a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their struggles. She integrates clinical knowledge with a deep respect for individual diversity to ensure every session meets the specific needs of those she serves.
